Great job on the cables!  

Free yarn is great, but I just finished a pair of slipper socks from free yarn.  The cuffs, heels and toes are all in a contrasting color and it looks fabulous.  Unfortunately, the yarn has absolutely no stretch, so there is not a person in my family who can wear them.  :sad:</description>
