Back to the Secret Laboratory
Well in the spirit of experimentation I loom knit some baby booties last night. Three to be exact.
The first one was longer than the second one at the leg, so I made the third to match the second. And they all match my little baby beanie hat. Now for some car seat belt covers and then off to the VIB these little objects go!Sorry again no pictures, the camera is still out of juice and the charger is still AWOL.
I used Gail’s no hole heel method. It worked for the most part. I still had one hole in each bootie. Perhaps because I have an odd number of pegs on my loom.
If you are interested she has her method posted here.
I am still plodding along at Azia’s Paris Loop I think I am going to switch back to knit stitch pattern and finish it off! I have to check the length first and see how long she wants it. It is looking pretty good!
I love Stephanie’s patterns at Glamyre Knits Paris Loop is one of the free ones! I think I will do the ‘Boob Tube’ with my Cherry Tree Hill thick n thin yarn, as soon as I find some Cascade Fixation Chunky that will go with it. I will have to probably see it in person.. but a nice tealish blue is what I need!Well I hear Caleb calling. So so much for sneaking in a shower!
