Socksess!!

Well Dad is out of the hospital and already bopping to the grocery store, church and the RV store!! You sure can’t keep him down eh?

Test results should be in on Wednesday so I will call him for an update!

I had mentioned I was working on a new type of sock heel. Now.. Isela will tell you this was her idea.. I will tell you it was my idea… We are both right I think. We did that mind meld thing again and came up with the same idea at the same time!
Anyway. Here is what mine looks like:

This is just a little baby bootie/sock done up on my little baby bootie loom. I based it on what I thought was the construction of a hand knit sock with a heel flap and gusset?? (don’t kill me needle knitters! I am ingnorant!)

Makes me want to try those DPN’s and get a pair of flip flops. But alas all the sock yarn I have has no stretch to it! Oh well. Perhaps before I go to Maine.. Then can be stylin’ on the beach!
