Gimme the Mickey Mouse Ears back!!

Well tonight’s swatch is.. well … a hat. And it needs a bit of a do over. It’s not quite what I wanted. so I need to make a little adjustment and try it again.. The contrasting colours are just to show the pattern. And in this case they showed me a pattern flaw! How about plain pink this time? Waddya think?

The last two days have had mini swatches. Of ripple stitch.

They are not too bad. I chose the totally wrong yarn for the loomed one. That blue fuzzy yarn is just not the one to use.

I also did some playing around with swatches for a booklet proposal, which I will be putting off till May. There is just not enough time this week to get one together.

I have also done a major overhaul on our school room. The air hockey table is gone..

I will take some pics of the new improved school room tommorow. Off to watch the skating finals!! Go Kimmie! Go Sasha!!
