Mission Monday: Made Some Muffins

Carmen over at Mom to the Screaming Masses, has a mission Monday assignment every week. This week it was to make a recipe that you have been meaning to make, but havn’t had the time, or motivation ingredients whatever..

So today I made Sour Cream chocolate chunk muffins for breakfast. It was sort of out of desperation as I am out of just about all breakfast foods in the house!

I substituted chocolate chips for the chunks. They were pretty much a hit. They stuck a bit to  the muffin papers, I think they would be better in foil wrappers. In the end there were none left so I think it didn’t really matter!
