Ravelry.. how I wish I loved thee.. but I just can’t get in!
There is this great new social networking site for knitters.. It’s called Ravelry.. I put my name on the list what seems a million years ago and I am still not in. Isela is in, Kraftie is in, .. and a million other knitters are in, but not me… I feel like that less than stylish girl waiting on the sidelines to get asked to dance.
I know they are working hard to make it a really good site, so I will try to be patient.. however patience is not one of the virtues that come easily to me.
You’ll get in soon…you’ll see and then you will have another couple of hours gone in your day from browsing all the work from other knitters.
So on the first day i was on ravelry.. i went and harassed the other two people who said they were from ohio…
one e-mailed me back today… she lives in canton… how great is that? So I told her she neeeded to come to our SnBs…
ravelry is a huge time sucker…. go take pictures of all your stash and projects so you’re ready for the invite.
