Safe travels and have a wonderful visit. Sounds like you have lots of knitting goodies to keep you occupied on the way.

Had fun yesterday. Finally stopped by the local yarn shop to spend the gift certificate my son gave me for my birthday.

Bought pretty sock yarn and a pattern so am venturing into the double point world again. So far so good. Have a couple inches done already and happy to report no “ladders.”

I wish that I could make myself get into making socks. But as of yet I just think about it. I have so many projects going that I don’t think I will ever run out. I am retired and thought that I would have tons of time but not true. good luck with your socks. Elaine
