My Father enters the world of blogging!
Hey you guys!!! My Father has entered the world of blogging!
He is none other than The Catskills Geologist!! So when all you knitters bop up to Rhinebeck and say ooh what pretty mountains.. you can ask him just about anything about them and.. well.. sit down for a while cause you will get a nice long geology talk!
Today his new book comes out! So go on over.. and give him a shout out!!
It is of course a geology book. He has a neat readable writing style that makes his books nice to read even if you aren’t a ‘geology nut’.

Very cool! I took a geology class in college, and couldn’t get too excited about it with the materials we had. That’s great that your dad is making it a more accesible (to the person with little geology knowledge) subject. My mother has never even used the Internet (although she says she wants to buy a computer, and learn to use it because so many things are online now). I had been thinking about making a blog (for my crochet projects) for a while, but kept feeling like what if have nothing interesting to write about? I finally got up the courage to start putting one together, and will hopefully have it up and running soon!
