How Brown Sheep (Yarn) Company is Helping me get Healthy!
No.. I haven’t promised myself that I can get a skein of yarn per pound I lose or something like that. No, it’s much much simpler than that.
At the Knitters Connection down in Columbus Brown Sheep did a nice thing. They provided little bottles of water for everyone there!
So, I kept it. And now I refill it several times a day so I am drinking more water!
Pretty neat eh?

Good for you! I’m not much of a water drinker either - I wish I could motivate myself to drink more. Interestingly, my kids love water, especially my son. He’ll take water over milk or juice. I swear, he couldn’t have gotten too much of my DNA, because he loves fruit too - he could live off bananas and apples if I let him, while I like very few fruits (can’t stand bananas unless they’re baked into something), LOL! I do like a lot of vegetables though…
