Things I’ve Never Said in a Yarn Shop Before..

I finally got to Miss Chickpea’s to spend my prize money! So here are some things I have NEVER said before in a yarn store.. WHAT FUN!!!

Upon entering the store…

“Hi, I need you to help me spend $200….”

“I need to spend it all at once..”

“What’s it add up to? Oh.. that’s not enough I need to buy more!!”

“Hey, The yarn goes up to the top of the bag!”

“Ooo pretty”.. Ok. I’ve said that before!

The damage:

10 balls of Teva Durham Loop d’Loop Tundra Color 02.. that’s the blue.

9 balls of Teva Durham Loop d’Loop Moss Color 02 Which is the brown

I already have a ball of Moss here left from the hat design project so all in all enough yarn for two sweaters! Not a bad haul.. and I didn’t even have to get out my wallet!

And a mini yarn store review! Miss Chickpea’s is BEAUTIFUL!!! The whole town of Hudson is BEAUTIFUL!! I could spend some more quality shopping time there again in the future.. next time I have some mad money!!

So.. when you hear about a contest GO FOR IT!! you never know what will happen!!
