Saturday is for Sewing

Today the sewing machine was pulled out of the closet, and brought out into the light of day! (Yes I do have a sewing machine.. it’s been tucked under the yarn stash!)

I had a little fun trying out stitches and it went well. Of course my Mom was there looking over my shoulder scaring the sewing machine into submission!

Now if I had only had the right color of thread I would have some pants that are the right length! That will have to wait!

LOL, LOL, I really got a laugh when you said your mom scared your sewing machine into submission since MINE is afraid of my mom too! As soon as she is gone though, bam, the stupid thing starts acting up on me again.

What kind of sewing machine do you have? I have a simplicity one that jams all the time… but at school we had these Husqvarna sewing machines, which NEVER jammed (at least, not when I was using them).
