Scenes From Saturday.. The Train!

We raced to the station to ride the train and made it just in time!! We

took the kids to ride on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railway. The train cars are decorated for the Polar Express so it was quite festive.

We passed a Bald Eagle’s nest. Perhaps you can see it there  in the photo.. the big one toward the right side of the photo! The rest of the nests are blue heron nests!

And then the train dropped us off at the canal lock museum, where we had an excellent demonstration of how canal locks work!

Then the train came back and picked us up!

It was fun!!

If you are ever in Northern Ohio you should see if you can catch the train!
