Can’t Touch This..

Hi.. My name is Denise and I’m a Twitter addict..

If you don’t know what Twitter is,” is a social networking and microblogging service that allows you answer the question, “What are you doing?” by sending short text messages 140 characters in length, called “tweets”, to your friends, or “followers.” -quoted from Tweetnet.

I follow a whole lot of people. Mostly knitters, people I know personally, and a smattering of others thrown in. I also follow a few famous people, like Wil Wheaton and Levar Burton (of Star Trek Next Generation), Fran Drescher,   MC Hammer, and Demi Moore (known on Twitter as Mrs Kutcher)

I reply to the ‘tweets’ of these famous people and as expected, there is usually no reply.

Last night MC Hammer posted a link to a photo he took from his seats at the Super Bowl. Now I loved the messages he had sent from the Inauguration, and it looked like he had some prime real estate at the Super Bowl.. and so I replied..”Looks like you have some sweet seats! ”

A little while later I got this:

I was floored!! And that is putting it mildly! Can’t touch that!

Edited to add:

Well then.. look at what landed in my Direct Message box on Twitter..

woOt! Love LeVar Burton!! Reading Rainbow, Star Trek and much more! Thanks man for sending me a message and hey, our kids love Reading Rainbow..
