• Many Voices WILL be heard!

  If you ever questioned whether or not you could make a difference by speaking out.. wonder no more!

  As of Friday, January 30th, 2009 the CPSC has issued a one year stay of enforcement on the Consumer Project Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) while the committee sorts out all of the requests for amendments, clarifications, exclusions and exemptions, etc. that have been presented to them.   Even Nancy Nord the chairman of the CSPC shows frustration with the CPSIA and you read her letter.

  So congratulations to all of you who spoke out and made the effort to support small businesses and charity crafters etc!! Especially my 14 year old commenter Kate! She will be a force to be reckoned with, I reckon!!
