I am soo happy I have my little I-pod shuffle!! (thanks b5 media!!) so I can listen to this new podcast!! Gotta Love Vickie.. she is just fun!

Just what can a knitter do to effect the envronment. Worsted Witch has an article full of links for sustainability in fiber arts!  It rocks and it is far beyond anything  would be able to put together this week! Some great fibers that we can use that are sustainable are, bamboo, organic cotton, organic wool, fibers made with soy,and even corn! Southwest Trading Company has many yarns and fibers made with these materials.  Many of the mainstream ‘big box’ yarn companies like Lion Brand, and Bernat are also picking up…

Because my husband came home with it yesterday…*    So pretty..   So nice…   Sigh.. Now perhaps I can take some photos and videos!! Since my poor Kodak succumbed to it’s injurious treatment by the TSA! * I think he likes me…hmm.
