During the final hours of the Knitting Olympics, pressures are always high.  The athletes haveto be at their peak to achieve a medal.  Some are pushed beyond their capabilities.  Rumors of Illegal Use of Chocolate Substances have always followed the high profile Knitting Olympiads.  It seems that, this year, Denise Layman fell to the fatal seduction.

Exclusive to the Associated Knitters, you will get a first look at the evidence and the subsequent arrest.

It all started when Denise Layman was preparing her work for final display. Suddenly, in walked the young and innocent Azia Layman holding that most uncontrolled substance in her hand: Chocolate

Upon further investigation, the evidence was clear.  A crime had been committed here:

Scandal unfolds as evidence of Illegal use of Chocolate substances is discovered....

Julian, at the time another presumed innocent, was shocked:

Julian Layman, the accused's innocent child was shocked and speechless.

And events unfolded quickly as Denise Layman, Knitting Gold Medal Olympiad, was taken into custody:

Loom knitter Denise Layman, prisoner 24601, was taken into custody...

You would think that the story ends here. Tragically this is not true for it appears Denise Layman, in her desperation for victory, has corrupted the innocents in her life as well…
