It’s cold out there. We are having a slight warm up here and I noticed yesterday that quite a few people were out walking their dogs. If you don’t have a monstrous dog like I do, your little pal might need a sweater. I just came across this cute free pattern at Joann’s website. It’s designed by Debbie Miller..anyone know her?
